  17. I got a Multitech 28.8 ZDX and am very happy with it. I get consistent 28.8 and 26.4 
  18. connects just about everytime. The external modem has a small footprint, but plenty of 
  19. LED's. The fax software that it comes with is just as good as some of the programs you 
  20. would have to pay for. Multitech has an "800" technical support number. I got an actual 
  21. human within 5 minutes who was very knowledgable and helpful. I paid about $170.00 for 
  22. mine and the unit was made in USA.
